Christie Kairos’s own wellness journey led her to the East West College of Healing Arts when she realized she could help others feel better in their bodies. Christie grew up playing team sports, and that love for working the body and competing transitioned to individual mountain sports, downhill biking and snowboarding when moving to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The desire to continue to use the body and do the things one loves is a big driving force behind wanting to help others do the same.

Christie believes everyone should have a skilled “Body Mechanic” to help keep their body feeling good and moving the way they want it to for years to come.  A session with Christie will utilize client goals & structural assessments of the body to inform a bodywork plan with an integrative approach. Christie likes to blend modalities such as Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Massage Techniques, Deep Tissue & Therapeutic Massage and Fredericks Fascial Stretch Therapy. Christie is a Certified FST therapist.
