Jen’s passion for healing through massage began with her grandmother’s practice and teachings of reflexology, and she is delighted to be able to honor her grandmother’s memory in her professional work. Jen received her massage education from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness and practiced in Iowa until moving to Oregon in 2021. With experience in a variety of settings focused on both relaxation and therapeutic techniques, she has built a strong intuition for the human body that helps guide her healing hands. 

Jen specializes in a wide range of techniques, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, Swedish massage, sideline, pin and stretch, and reflexology. She is also continuing to pursue new modalities to help the body heal and is especially interested in building her cranial sacral therapy skills.  Her goal is to have the client leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and renewed to help aid recovery of both body and mind.
