Laura Kubly is recently new to Oregon and is excited to share her more than a decade of experience in therapeutic massage and bodywork to the community. A native of Madison, Wisconsin, Laura attended the prestigious Atlanta School of Massage in Atlanta, GA in 2006 where she gained the foundation for further advancing her education and skills over the years. She enjoys keeping current with new and cutting edge research and is always striving to optimize her clients’ treatments so they can feel great and healthy. She feels very honored to be a part of someone’s healing journey and will take the time unravel the source of the problem through presence and intuition.
Laura has extensive experience working with pre and post-surgery clients, a wide range of orthopedic injuries and chronic conditions, athletic and active people (primarily runners, cyclists, golfers, tennis players and yoga practitioners) as well as maintenance massages for clients seeking a more technical full body massage. Her approach and highly refined touch integrate different aspects of clinical sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, skillful deep tissue release and different types of stretching based on thorough client communication. She is also certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In her free time Laura loves to explore nature with her dog, read and learn, cook, and watch sports.
