Casey Holliman, LMT, CFSS, CES/PES
Casey Holliman is a sports and medical massage therapist, Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, and Photobiomodulation specialist. He is experienced in therapeutic deep tissue massage, fascial stretch therapy, sports injuries, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular stretching techniques, corrective exercise and Kinesiology Taping. He considers himself as more of a “bodyworker”, as opposed to a traditional massage therapist, and will be the first to tell you that he is not the person to go to if you’re looking for a ‘relaxation’ massage. He is passionate about working with people who want to improve their everyday lives by decreasing their pain levels, as well as getting them to move, and feel better. To him, one of the hardest things to do is to go through life not being able to enjoy the activities you love because of an injury that is keeping you side-lined. Born and raised in Medford, OR. Maintaining an active lifestyle for as long as he can remember, he enjoys basketball, baseball, running, lifting weights, biking, hiking, swimming, rafting, and just being outdoors enjoying the sun. After completing his undergraduate work at the UofO he moved to Portland, where he began working as a Chiropractic Assistant for a well-established sports injury clinic. Being there exposed him to working with many elite/professional and recreational athletes, as well as working alongside some very gifted LMT’s and Chiropractors. Through this experience he received a lot of bodywork treatment in order to help with his own issues/injuries, and by realizing the incredible benefits his body underwent is what initially interested him in pursuing a career as an LMT.
